1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from the Cosmic MC store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

These terms apply to all purchases made through our official store.

2. Digital Products

Cosmic MC sells digital virtual items only, including:

Server Ranks

Crate Keys

No physical goods will be shipped.

All items are delivered digitally to the Minecraft account entered at checkout.

3. Payments

We accept payments in all supported currencies via our payment providers.

You must have permission from the cardholder or account owner before making a purchase.

Fraudulent or unauthorized payments will result in a permanent server ban.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because ranks and crate keys are delivered digitally and often instantly:

We do not offer refunds.

We do not offer exchanges.

We do not transfer purchases between accounts unless approved by management.

All decisions regarding exceptions are made at the sole discretion of server management.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in:

Immediate and permanent ban from Cosmic MC

Removal of all purchased items

Blacklisting from future purchases

We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery and server logs to payment processors.

If you have a payment issue, contact us first through Discord.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout

Keeping your Minecraft account secure

All activity conducted under your account

We are not responsible for purchases made to incorrect usernames.

7. Server Changes & Resets

Cosmic MC reserves the right to:

Modify, rebalance, or adjust rank perks

Change crate rewards

Reset the map, economy, or server progress

Update these Terms of Service at any time

Purchases do not guarantee permanent access to specific perks if gameplay balancing requires changes.

8. Downtime & Technical Issues

Cosmic MC is not liable for:

Server downtime

Plugin errors

Data loss

Third-party service outages

Compensation for downtime is not guaranteed.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any player who:

Breaks server rules

Abuses exploits or bugs

Engages in fraud or misconduct

If a player is banned for rule violations, they will not receive a refund.

10. EULA Compliance

Cosmic MC is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

All purchases comply with the official Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA).
